I am using a 4kg kettlebell and i still got a huge sweat on. Pick a weight that will work you but will allow you to keep going for 30 minutes.
I am using a pair of 4kg dumbbells and a 8kg kettlebell. Choose a weight that is challenging but will allow you to complete all 3 rounds.
