GYM WORKOUTS

Do you want a personal trainer to push you to the limit? Well now I am in your pocket when ever you need me! These Gym workouts can be done in the Gym or at home.

With the options of Weights, Resistance band or Body weight, these videos are less like a class and more like a Personal Training Session. Focused on certain areas of the body and created to Push you to the limit.

For Intense Cardio workouts, try my HiiT and Tabata. Need a stretch or Low impact class? Tune in for Yogilates or Core-Blimey.

Dancercise and Legs, Bums & Tums are fan favourites and are also held in person every Wednesday at Stratton Leisure Centre
