Avoid aggravating an existing injury and work towards a full range of movement for the problem area, rehabilitation sessions must be carefully planned and progress should be gradual. Please provide detail of your injury and seek your Doctors advice for their recommended training styles..

Referrals

You may have already been referred to me by your local GP, Doctor or other medical expert. In this case they may have provided me with the recommended plan for your recovery.

If not, please bring this detail with you or ask for them to contact me prior to your appointment

Mental Wellbeing

Exercise releases feel good endorphins in the brain. When we have suffered an injury or set back, it is common to feel vulnerable which lowers your self esteem.
